As a Scooper, you'll be the friendly face behind the counter: greeting guests, serving up ice cream, keeping the shop clean and welcoming, and making Theda’s feel like a place everyone belongs. We’re looking for kind, reliable team players who love people, enjoy staying busy, and want to be part of something creative, joyful, and community-focused.

This is a part-time, flexible role that fits well around school, sports, or other commitments. We’re hiring team members aged 15 and up (work permit required for minors), and pay starts at $18/hr.
