Black Raspberry Cheesecake

This flavor starts with a sweet, cheese-forward cheesecake ice cream base, swirled with vibrant black raspberry and finished with generous chunks of New York–style cheesecake complete with buttery graham cracker crust. It’s bold, balanced, and endlessly crowd-pleasing.

Red Hot Cinnamon (GF)

Our wild card flavor for February—and not for the faint of heart. We start with a bold cinnamon ice cream base, then swirl in a fiery red-hot ribbon and finish it with chunks of house-made spicy cinnamon candy for extra heat and crunch. Sweet, spicy, and unmistakable.

Chocolate-Covered Strawberry (GF)

A Valentine’s classic, made the Theda’s way. This flavor starts with a fresh, fruit-forward strawberry ice cream—bright, lightly tangy, and creamy without being heavy. We finish it with shards of rich dark chocolate stracciatella folded throughout for that unmistakable chocolate-dipped bite.

Hazelnut Cream Crunch

Inspired by a certain beloved Italian chocolate—but made entirely from scratch in Theda’s kitchen. This flavor starts with a light, creamy white chocolate-hazelnut ice cream, we layer in ribbons of milk chocolate crunch studded with crispy wafer pieces for that signature snap in every bite. It’s rich, silky, and indulgent, with just the right balance of creaminess and crunch.

La Cheve’s Guava & Cream Cheese Concha

A true Neighbor Flavor made with our fam at La Cheve. We’ve been huge fans of their baked goods and breakfasts since the day they opened!

This flavor starts with a concha-inspired ice cream base, rich with vanilla and gently spiced with cinnamon. We swirl in ribbons of sweet cream cheese, a bright, jammy guava swirl, and finish it with generous chunks of La Cheve’s concha mixed right in.

P.O.G Sherbet (GF, V, DF)

Inspired by our love of tropical flavors and that unmistakable island color palette, this sherbet is our take on POG—passion fruit, orange, and guava. We start with a creamy coconut base, then swirl together bright passion fruit, juicy mandarin orange, and lush pink guava into one vibrant scoop.

Pistachio Toffee Latte (GF)

One of our very first test flavors—and still one our family talks about. This scoop starts with a rich pistachio coffee ice cream made with real coffee and pistachio paste, then gets folded with house-made English toffee and finished with roasted, salted pistachios for crunch. It’s creamy and coffee-forward, with buttery sweetness from the toffee and just enough salt to keep everything balanced.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel (GF)

We’ve heard your cries for chocolate and peanut butter—so here you go. This one starts with a rich, milk chocolate ice cream, then gets swirled with smooth, creamy peanut butter and finished with plenty of crunchy, salty pretzels for balance.

Pure Vanilla (GF)

Sometimes simple is the sweetest. Our classic Theda’s base starts with organic cream, eggs, and sugar, blended with pure Tahitian vanilla. Grown in the lush islands of French Polynesia, Tahitian vanilla is prized for its naturally floral, almost fruity aroma that sets it apart from the more common Madagascar variety. It’s delicate, fragrant, and layered—proof that “plain vanilla” is anything but.

Crème Brûlée (GF)

Inspired by the classic French dessert, this scoop starts with our rich vanilla crème anglaise base, made from scratch with organic eggs, cream, and sugar. We fold in golden, caramelized burnt sugar shards that deliver the perfect sweet crunch in every bite—just like cracking into the top of a perfectly torched crème brûlée.

A love letter to Napa in a scoop. We start with a silky Cabernet Sauvignon–infused ice cream base, then fold in chunks of ripe red cherries and dark chocolate chips. Bursting with bold, jammy flavors and rich chocolatey crunch, it’s a perfect taste of wine country.

Cookie Dough & Cream

A house divided, we couldn’t decide which cookie ice cream to make… so we made both. A mash-up of two classics: our house-made chocolate sandwich cookies folded into a rich cookies & cream ice cream, swirled together with chunky, fresh chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. To top it off, swirls of creamy white chocolate tie it all together. Two cookie ice creams. One scoop.

The Rockiest Road (GF)

We took the beloved rocky road and gave it an upgrade. Our rich chocolate ganache ice cream sets the stage, layered with torched mini marshmallows for a hint of smoky sweetness and studded with crunchy hazelnut praline for an elevated nutty twist. Familiar, nostalgic, and just a little more grown-up — this is rocky road, reimagined. Contains nuts.

Nana’s Shortbread Biscuit

Empire biscuits are a Scottish classic—shortbread cookies sandwiched with jam, icing, and a cherry on top. Growing up, I made them with my Nana, and this flavor is my love letter to our time spent in the kitchen: brown butter ice cream with shortbread chunks, raspberry jam, royal icing, and just enough cherries to make her proud.


Fresh Mint Chip (GF, V)

This one’s all about the real thing. We steep heaps of fresh mint leaves right into our coconut cream base for a bright, naturally cool flavor that skips the extracts entirely. Delicate ribbons of dark chocolate stracciatella add just the right amount of crunch and richness, making this a refreshingly indulgent classic.
