Galactic Brownie (GF)
Blast off into brownie heaven. This cosmic creation starts with rich, fudgy brownie batter ice cream, then craters in chewy gluten-free brownie chunks and a gooey fudge swirl. Studded with colorful chocolatey “galactic” chips, it’s a sweet throwback to the space-themed lunchbox brownies of our childhood — with just a little more lift-off.
Bunny Basket
Bunny Basket starts with a soft, fluffy marshmallow ice cream base, tinted light green like the classic basket grass. From there, we load it up with all the good stuff: chunks of peanut butter cups, crunchy chocolate candy eggs, bits of Peeps, and a rotating mix of Easter favorites folded into every batch. It’s a little nostalgic, a little chaotic, and exactly what you’d hope to find digging through the bottom of an Easter basket. Contains nuts.
Birthday Cake (GF)
April happens to be our owner’s birthday month, so this one felt like it finally had its moment. Birthday Cake starts with a classic vanilla cake batter ice cream; sweet, creamy, and full of that unmistakable fresh-from-the-bowl flavor. We fold in soft squares of funfetti cake and finish it with a scatter of rainbow sprinkles for a little extra color and crunch. It’s simple, nostalgic, and exactly what you want it to be. A little celebration in every scoop.
Boys & Girls Club Blast
This month’s Neighbor Flavor was dreamed up alongside the kids of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley. After more than 50 creative (and very fun) ideas, this became the ultimate mash-up: a bright blue raspberry base packed with cotton candy popping clusters and finished with a gooey marshmallow swirl.
The Boys & Girls Club was a big part of my childhood; a place that gave me support, structure, and opportunities when I needed them most. Now, as a parent, I’ve seen that same impact here in Napa.
For every scoop sold of this flavor in April, we’ll donate $1 to Boys & Girls Club of Napa Valley’s teen culinary program.
Carrot Cake (GF)
Carrot Cake has always been my go-to; not just on birthdays, but any time it’s an option. So with April rolling around, there wasn’t much debate about whether it would make the menu. We start with a tangy, creamy cream cheese ice cream base, then fold in chunks of our house-made gluten-free carrot cake packed with real carrot, warm spice, candied pecans, and just the right touch of pineapple. A handful of shredded coconut brings it all together with a little extra texture and sweetness. Contains nuts.
Banana Split (GF)
Banana Split is a nod to the classic ice cream shop experience — the kind where the portions were oversized, the tables were sticky, and finishing the whole thing felt like a personal challenge. Growing up, spots like Fenton's, Loard's, Tucker’s, Swenson’s were the backdrop for some of those memories, and this flavor brings a little bit of that feeling back. We start with a fresh banana ice cream base then swirl in ribbons of rich fudge. Roasted peanuts add a salty crunch, and maraschino cherries bring that signature pop of sweetness to round it all out. White Chocolate Macadamia Latte (GF)
White Chocolate Macadamia Latte was inspired by mornings in Maui — slow starts, strong coffee, and that unmistakable buttery macadamia flavor in just about everything. We start with a smooth coffee ice cream layered with a subtle macadamia note for that classic island pairing. Toasted macadamia nuts bring a warm, nutty crunch, while ribbons of Guittard white chocolate swirl through each scoop, adding just the right touch of sweetness. Contains nuts.
Piña Colada (GF, V, DF)
Piña Colada is first thing ordered stepping onto a cruise ship or settling into a beachside chair somewhere far from home. It’s simple, familiar, and always exactly what I’m hoping for.
We start with a rich coconut cream base, then fold in bright pineapple for that classic tropical balance. Toasted coconut flakes add a little texture and a deeper, nutty finish that rounds everything out. It’s smooth, refreshing, and just indulgent enough. The kind of scoop that feels like you’re on vacation, even if you’re not.

Pure Vanilla (GF)
Sometimes simple is the sweetest. Our classic Theda’s base starts with organic cream, eggs, and sugar, blended with pure Tahitian vanilla. Grown in the lush islands of French Polynesia, Tahitian vanilla is prized for its naturally floral, almost fruity aroma that sets it apart from the more common Madagascar variety. It’s delicate, fragrant, and layered—proof that “plain vanilla” is anything but.
Crème Brûlée (GF)
Inspired by the classic French dessert, this scoop starts with our rich vanilla crème anglaise base, made from scratch with organic eggs, cream, and sugar. We fold in golden, caramelized burnt sugar shards that deliver the perfect sweet crunch in every bite—just like cracking into the top of a perfectly torched crème brûlée.
Fresh Strawberry (GF)
Seasonal simplicity — organic dairy, fresh in-season strawberries, and Madagascar vanilla. We only make this flavor when strawberries are truly ready — sweet, fragrant, and red all the way through. For the warmer season, it steps in as a rotating Family Favorite.
Cookie Dough & Cream
A house divided, we couldn’t decide which cookie ice cream to make… so we made both. A mash-up of two classics: our house-made chocolate sandwich cookies folded into a rich cookies & cream ice cream, swirled together with chunky, fresh chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. To top it off, swirls of creamy white chocolate tie it all together. Two cookie ice creams. One scoop.
The Rockiest Road (GF)
We took the beloved rocky road and gave it an upgrade. Our rich chocolate ganache ice cream sets the stage, layered with torched mini marshmallows for a hint of smoky sweetness and studded with crunchy hazelnut praline for an elevated nutty twist. Familiar, nostalgic, and just a little more grown-up — this is rocky road, reimagined. Contains nuts.
Nana’s Shortbread Biscuit
Empire biscuits are a Scottish classic—shortbread cookies sandwiched with jam, icing, and a cherry on top. Growing up, I made them with my Nana, and this flavor is my love letter to our time spent in the kitchen: brown butter ice cream with shortbread chunks, raspberry jam, royal icing, and just enough cherries to make her proud.
Fresh Mint Chip (GF, V)
This one’s all about the real thing. We steep heaps of fresh mint leaves right into our coconut cream base for a bright, naturally cool flavor that skips the extracts entirely. Delicate ribbons of dark chocolate stracciatella add just the right amount of crunch and richness, making this a refreshingly indulgent classic.
