Here is the one I want to get popular, even though part of me wants to keep it quiet. A local opened Theda's in 2025, and he makes everything in small batches right there, with new flavors every single month and a weekly one built around whatever is fresh at the farmers market.

It is tucked into a little shopping center on Jefferson Street where you would never expect to find some of the best ice cream in town. They are closed Mondays. Go any other day.
