Scooper
$18/hr
The heart of our front-of-house experience! You’ll greet guests with a smile, scoop ice cream with precision and care, and help create a space that feels warm, clean, and inviting.
Scoop Lead
$22/hr
Lead a small crew of Scoopers. You’ll greet guests, serve ice cream, keep the shop clean and welcoming, and make Theda’s feel like a place everyone belongs.
Ice Cream Maker
$23/hr
This role will produce all ice cream and frozen desserts for Theda’s. This is a high-volume production role where consistency, food safety, and craftsmanship matter every single day.
